Cancellation Policy

To ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and to respect everyone's time, we have the following policies in place: Late Arrivals: If you are running more than 20 minutes behind for your scheduled appointment, a 50% charge of the appointment cost will apply. This is to accommodate our barber’s time and allow us to stay on schedule for other clients. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the appointment cost. We understand emergencies happen, but please provide as much notice as possible to avoid this fee. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a smooth and efficient service for all clients.
